Students, INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?
Students interested in one or more of our scholarships must create an account through our online portal to complete the 2026 SACF Scholarships Common Application, which functions as an eligibility questionnaire. After completing the Common Application, the student will be directed to the scholarship application(s) they qualify for.

Waverly Women’s Club Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Abington Heights High School who demonstrates good citizenship and academic achievement.
Waverly Women’s Club Technical School Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Abington Heights High School who intends to continue their education at a technical school.
West Scranton Alumni Scholarship Award
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from West Scranton High School who intends to pursue a secondary education.
Willard M. Henkelman, Esq. Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a graduate of a high school located in Lackawanna County who is enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Princeton University.
